If you have not registered yet, simply present yourself at the Registration Desk, level 4 of the Hyatt Regency for on-site registration. Please find in the left hand side menu a hyperlink to the on-site Registration Form (PDF) that you can fill out and bring on-site at the Registration Desk.
In a few days, the Organizing Committee of the PHEV09 - Plug-In Hybrid and Electric Vehicles Conference will welcome you to the Hyatt Regency Montreal and Complexe Desjardins. The main entrance of the hotel is located on Jeanne-Mance St (1255, rue Jeanne-Mance). To pick-up your Conference material we invite you to meet us at the registration desk located in the Foyer of room Grand Salon on level 4 of the Hyatt.

We invite you to consult our Final Program at http://www.emc-mec.ca/phev/en/home_en.html. Simultaneous interpretation between English and French presentations will be provided during the Opening Plenary and Closing Plenary sessions as well as during all technical sessions in Grand Salon B. Make sure you have an ID card as it will be required in exchange of the headset.
If you are registered as a student, please note that we will require a proof of status on-site at the registration desk before providing you with your conference material.
Extra tickets for the Welcome Reception (September 28) and the Cocktail Reception (September 29) will be available on-site for purchase. The costs will be respectively $35 and $55 plus applicable taxes. You can purchase a guest ticket for these events as a duly registered delegate.
