Directory of Electric Mobility Resources Canada 2008
Electric Mobility Canada is proud to publish the first ever Directory of Electric Mobility Resources Canada. Funding for this project was provided by Natural Resources Canada through the Program of Energy Research and Development, and by the Canadian Space Agency. Electric Mobility Canada is also grateful to Transport Canada and to the National Research Council for their guidance and support. Finally, EMC also acknowledges the contribution of Marcon Management Consultants, who advised on the structure of the directory and collected most of the information.

Early Adopter Proposal – Ontario
In May 2007, Electric Mobility Canada proposed an Early Adopter Program to the Province of Ontario. This program was to provide financial support to fleets acquiring electric drive technologies. See Early Adopter Program Ontario.pdf below.
In November 2007, Ontario announced a $15 million program for this new fuel efficient technologies for commercial vehicles. Details of this program are under development.
Early Adopter Proposal – Federal Government
En 2008 August 2006, Electric Mobility Canada proposed a $200 million program to the Federal Government to provide financial support to fleets in acquiring electric drive technologies. See Early Adopter Program Proposal Federal.pdf below. Electric Mobility Canada is still hopeful that the Government of Canada will adopt this program.
